One of the richest plant sources of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) — Borage Oil’s exceptionally high omega-6 content makes it particularly beneficial for dry, damaged, and mature skin, supporting the skin’s barrier function and reducing inflammation. With a higher GLA content than even evening primrose oil, borage is the most potent plant-based GLA source available, making it a powerful active ingredient in formulations targeting inflammatory skin conditions, hormonal skin changes, and visible signs of ageing.

Medium weight. Best suited to dry, mature, and inflammatory skin conditions. Absorbs well with a nourishing finish. Best used as an active addition at 10–25% in blends — the highest GLA content of any commonly available carrier oil.

How to Use
