Dispatch Times

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days

• During busy periods (Oct–Dec), dispatch may take 3–4 working days

Delivery Times (UK Mainland)

• Orders under 2kg: 2–5 working days (Royal Mail)

• Orders over 2kg: Next working day delivery (APC courier)
  

Other UK Locations

• Northern Ireland: Up to 5 working days after dispatch

• Scottish Highlands & Isles: Up to 5 working days after dispatch.

European Delivery

• Delivery typically takes up to 1 week after dispatch

• Non-EU deliveries may take up to 15 working days

• Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer

Important Notes

• Dangerous goods (e.g. essential oils, sprays, perfumes) are shipped by road only

• We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses via courier

• Contact us before ordering to BFPO addresses as pricing may vary

• All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging, except certain branded items.
