Ylang Ylang III Essential Oil — 10ml

Ylang ylang oil is produced through a fractional distillation process that yields several distinct grades — Extra, I, II, and III — each collected at different stages of the distillation. Ylang Ylang III is the third fraction, collected later in the process, and has a softer, lighter, more woody-floral character than the earlier, more intensely sweet Extra and I grades. This makes it particularly well suited to blending, where its gentler floral quality integrates more easily without overpowering other notes. It is the most approachable and versatile of the ylang ylang fractions.

Scent Profile

Middle to base note. Soft, woody-floral, and gently sweet with a lighter, more diffuse character than the higher grades. The most blender-friendly ylang ylang — romantic without being overwhelming.

Bergamot, sandalwood, jasmine, and rose. The most versatile ylang ylang fraction for perfumery and blending work.
