10 ml Cinnamon Essential Oil
Cinnamon Essential Oil — 10ml
Cinnamon — Cinnamomum zeylanicum — is one of the oldest and most prized spices in the world, used in ancient Egypt, China, and India for thousands of years in medicine, ritual, and trade. This expression is steam-distilled from the leaves of the cinnamon tree, producing an oil with a warm, spicy, sweet aroma that is slightly softer than cinnamon bark oil, making it more suitable for aromatherapy use. It has been used across Ayurvedic, traditional Chinese, and European herbal medicine for its warming, antimicrobial, and circulatory properties.

How to Use
Due to its high eugenol and cinnamaldehyde content, always use in significant dilution — it is a ‘hot’ oil that can cause skin irritation and sensitisation if applied undiluted. Avoid during pregnancy and with young children. Diffuse for a warm, spicy, comforting atmosphere.
