10 ml Cajaput Essential Oil
Cajeput Essential Oil — 10ml
Cajeput — also spelled cajuput — is a member of the melaleuca family native to Southeast Asia and Australia, closely related to tea tree and niaouli. Its name derives from the Malay kayu putih, meaning ‘white wood’, a reference to the pale bark of the tree. Steam-distilled from the leaves and twigs of Melaleuca cajuputi, it produces a fresh, camphorous, slightly fruity oil with a clean, penetrating quality similar to eucalyptus but with a softer, more medicinal character. It has been used in traditional Indonesian and Malay medicine for centuries as a remedy for pain, infection, and respiratory complaints.
