Gemstone Trees FAQ

Why do the branches look flat when I first open the box?

To ensure your tree arrives safely, we carefully fold the copper wire branches for transit. Once unpacked, you can gently bend and blossom the wires to your liking to create a full, beautiful canopy.

Are the gemstones on the trees real crystals?

Yes. Every tree features genuine, hand-selected gemstones like Amethyst, Rose Quartz, or Citrine. Because they are natural stones, each tree will have its own unique personality and colour variations.

What is the difference between an Orgonite and an Agate base?

Agate bases are natural slices of rock, grounded and earthy. Orgonite bases are resin-based and contain metal shavings and crystals designed to balance orgone energy.

How do I clean the dust off my gemstone tree?

Use a soft, dry paintbrush or a makeup brush to gently flick dust away from the small stones and wire branches. Avoid using water or cleaning chemicals, as these can dull the stones or tarnish the copper wire.

Where is the best place to put my gemstone tree?

Place your tree in a spot where it can catch the light, such as a windowsill or desk. Many customers follow Feng Shui practices, placing specific stones in certain corners of the home to invite luck, love, or calm.

Can the copper wire branches break if I move them too much?

The copper wire is flexible and durable, but we recommend avoiding constant re-shaping. Once you have found the perfect bloom for your tree, try to leave it in place to prevent the wire from weakening over time.

Do I need to recharge the energy of my gemstone tree?

Like all crystals, many people believe these trees can be cleansed. You can place your tree in indirect moonlight overnight or sit it near a piece of Selenite to refresh its natural energy.

What is a Gomati Chakra base?

These are rare, natural shell-like stones found in the Gomati River. They are considered symbols of luck and prosperity in many cultures and add a powerful spiritual layer to your gemstone tree.

Are the stones glued onto the branches?

Most of our trees use a hand-twisted wire method where the stones are secured by the copper itself, though some specialist designs use a strong, clear resin to ensure the smaller chips stay perfectly in place.

Do the trees come with a description of the stone's meaning?

Yes! We aim to include a small meaning card with our gemstone trees, explaining the traditional properties of the stone (e.g., Amethyst for peace, Citrine for abundance).
